I have been making websites for only 6months. Less experience. I shall gradually grow to become an expert.

Re: How long have you been making websites for?

I've been into this stuff for 3 years now and now understand PHP, a tiny bit of Java and Visual Basic although my primary interest is PHP and website development. I'm no expert at VB but I do know how to make some cool little applications in it. I had a bit of interest in learning Java last year and I learnt quite a bit, but didn't understand the Java API too much and as such I didn't go any further with Java. In terms of JavaScript I haven't had any interest to learn it but I have got a bit of experience in using jQuery. CSS is something I have learnt over the last few years (2007 onwards), and finally grasped it fully in 2008, and since then used CSS to create my website designs. Before then I didn't really create my own designs as such, but just used pre-created templates and I already knew how to add my own content and where everything should go and is.

Re: How long have you been making websites for?

I'm rounding my 10th year this summer, scary to think about it. I can still point to that I was doing HTML 4.0 xD, and XML 1. and I'm only 20 O_o
