I was pointed in this direction by the lovely people at FWS who told me you didn't need to post 10 messages to apply for free hosting anymore.
It says in the welcome pm from KPR that you do...
If you have indeed removed the 10 post requirement, maybe you should change the message that gets sent out to everyone who registers for the forum...?
