I cant stop playing this game. It tottally rocks on online mode. I play everyday and the quality of the connection using a 360 is great not like a UPN connection from a PS3. I cant believe their servers are that powerful. :noidea:

Lost planet is a very good game with a storyline about a guy whoes father supposedly died by the hands of a monster. He ends up with amnesia and slowly regains his memory but stuff happens along the way which reveals a project which he was part of. The planet that he lives on is a cold planet with very, very little hotspots.

On live you have a max of 16 people playing, and thats alot really when your on the battlefield. You also get huge suits called VS (vital suit i think) which is heavily armoured and has weapons attatched to it, it also flies, skids and everything. A good thing about this game is the heights and snipers, it is very easy to spot a sniper from the ground to the top of a building since the first few times you play the map you memorise all the gd sniper points.

This is a must have game if u love war games and you have a Xbox 360!
:director:(Im not forcing you to get it)

I've only played the demo really, and looked at the reviews. So dont take my words too seriously. I liked the game.
The graphics were pleasant and the gameplay moves along pretty nice, I didn't feel like I was spending too much time on a certain spot. Though I guess the whole following checkpoints thing could use a bit of help, like having a live support operator (solid snake type) who guides you along. Maybe they had that in the full version... wouldn't know.

I liked the heat collection idea, it brought back some arcade-ish elements to the game. But I wish they had gone a bit more realistic with it... Standing next to a lava pit should be more than enough to heat you up. >_>

But yeah, I really liked the mechas. Probably the best part of the game and the best mecha vs human battles I've seen. And despite the somewhat bulky controls, its pretty easy to use in combat.

I loved Lost Planet MP... but unfortunately I cant afford any more games for a while, and like Craymen... I have quite a few to work through already.

Oh.. and I dont think WOW will give up its vice like grip on my gaming time either.
