Well, the best resource is PHP.net (http://php.net)

But I don't code, I tried it and I stink at it!

So I use a CMS/Forum instead.

I preffer http://www.w3schools.com/ (i think thats the right url)
so many php tutorials there.

starts from the basics then works up to the next level
