i'm not sure if paintshoppro has this, but add a layer mask w/ a gradient so the reflection fades. like this...

What is going on with the shading in your picture Sean?
Did you intend for it to be like that? Try lightening that up, it doesnt look right...
Then again I dont know jack about PSP, im more of a Photoshop man myself...

Add some bevel to the lettering to make it stand out more and look 3d... :)

bevel wont look good when using reflection :)
Add some gloss, and experiment with the colours. green would look good.

I'd go for some effect that would really lealistically raster this effect, like an acean ripple. so it looks like its floating above a puddle od water or something :)

Ya GIMP is a pretty good program, especially since it is free. It's perfectly adequate for anything unless you're a professional photographer or something. Nice job on the graphics by both, by the way.

Who that's sweet!
But the rainbow could use just a little work. I just think it should have a smooth rainbow. That one is really crooked.

Okay... I see.
What you need, though, is a desktop mouse (I have a Logitech wireless mouse)

i personally dont like gradient reflections
a nice trick is to do an image like seans and place a line inbetween the reflected image and the image the make the line glow out towards the user ill post a demo l8r
