Lonewolfstudios, doesn't Syxe only offer up to 5 gigs as well - thats package 2? Can you actually get more?

exactly =) basically as long as your active our limits never end. but 25 posts gets you a package thats better than 5gigs in everything but bandwidth in which its equal, and to be honest 25 posts doesnt even take long

i have been using 5gigs for like 2 years no comliants but man do they have horrible down time i suggest you don't use them

If you're talking about diskspace, 5gigs doesn't offer 5GB. That's just the bandwidth.

It was only hacked because you gave them the idea :P I used to use them, but my site was down for months at a time... I gave up, after they deemed me inactive, and closed my site...

Does it seem fair that a 5 month downtime, which is their fault, should mean "You haven't recieved any hits, not even yourself, for 5 months, even after we emailed you to tell you it was going to be closed, so we closed it"... NO

I don't want a 5 mo downtime.

5Gigs doesn't mean 5 gigabytes. It means the worst webhost on earth :P
Only 1 MySQL database, 1 email, and nothing else really...


And two 1337 words for hacking that some canadian guy always says:

Translates to:

I dont want 5gigs, it doesn't hold 5 gigs. I know of hosts that do, though.

But 5000 divided by 500 is 10, which means each site would be worth 10 megs. Most sites are more than 10 megs. I would probably say about 50 sites, but since there's such a limit of features on 5gigs, I can't beleive they say they're the best host in the world!
With only 1 MySQL? It can't be good.
And nic, I know leet is annoying sometimes. Hackers only use it so they don't show themselves, and I can translate it perfectly.
