Yes of course. But I am also a VB.net programmer as well. Whenever I find time I develop some open source scripts with php.

I am still in the junior level of IT, it's another year before i complete my diploma. As for now i can modify other people's code.. ;)

well im starting out with this php coding as it was the next step for me after figuring out html im just going by tutorials and learnig as i go but if anyone could recomend any good tutorials ill happily try them cheers :)

I've been working on PHP for two months now. I'm not that good, but I've made at least one script in PHP. There's still a lot to learn.

Oh, btw, for those who don't know what PHP means (I don't like repetitive acronyms), it means:

I can do the basics, for real tough stuff i talk to my friend, who goes by the name Sir-Davey now, he used to be F-13.

I know php and like to use it.
But the language doesnt really matter. You can do the same things in pretty much every server-side web scriping language such as perl, ruby, python, jsp, asp (and theres others).
So there are many tools for the job, and as long as you can get it done, that is what matters (and maintainable code with comments.... so that when you try to update it in a month or two you arent like 'WTF was I thinking' and 'hmm.... I wonder if this part is important.'... because we all keep maintainable code :D)
