My admins are complaining that hosting in syxe has been real slow. Actually, this forum has been really slow. My site board members are complaining now. Normally it's not this slow. This is wierd-what's happening?!

Yeah, I guess the problem stems from people with busy sites using many PHP forums, scripts and content management systems. I myself have a calendar, message board, picture forum (not used yet) and a guestbook that is currently not in operation. However, my site isn't visited that often and these aren't major scripts or anything.
I can't really blame people for wanting to use scripts because they easilly add cool content to sites. But, I hope that my site isn't part of the problem... As I said, not too much activity but, if need be I could try to move the bulletin boards and such to my other paid server and just link. I hope it doesn't come to that though...

I've seen www.it.syxe.com has a script from mamoo or something like that, thats probably whats causing the problem, and other sites that have script's like these.

Mambo and phpnuke are biggest culprits but the cpu is coming down steadily.

I think the problems are fixed now. i've used the site and my wikis were running pretty slowly, now they seem to function much much faster!
